Brigadier General (res.) Gilad Ramot served as the I.D.F. Air Defense Forces Commander from 1994 to 1998. He is the C.E.O. and Managing Director of Del-Ta Engineering, a defense and aerospace consulting and marketing firm. He serves as Chairman of the Board of RRSat Global Communications Network Ltd (NASDAQ: RRST), provider of comprehensive content management and global distribution services to television and radio broadcasting industries; as Chairman of the Board of General Engineers, Ltd., and General Engineers Lighting and Power Protection, Ltd., companies engaged in the distribution, marketing, and servicing of electrical equipment; as a Director of Del-Ta Elkon Mechanical Products, Ltd., an importer of bearing and mechanical components; and as the President of Delta Systems, the representative of the Raytheon Company in Israel. He holds a B.A. in Social Sciences from Bar-Ilan University in Israel and an M.A. in Management from the Air War High College in France.
