Israel's enemies are rapidly increasing their stockpiles of missiles and rockets, endangering Israel's security and threatening the stability of the entire Middle East, also putting at risk primary U.S. strategic goals.  Israel has made a good start at developing the plans and deploying the defenses needed to stop these threats.  Much remains to be done.
